Racing Bulls Reveals Stunning 2024 Livery Redesign That Will Turn Heads on Track

Racing Bulls has unveiled a striking yellow livery for this weekend’s Miami Grand Prix, abandoning its traditional white colour scheme for a bold design inspired by Red Bull’s Summer Edition Sudachi Lime energy drink.

The Faenza-based team revealed the eye-catching design ahead of Friday practice in Miami, with the yellow and black colour combination drawing comparisons to Jordan’s iconic livery from the late 1990s. The Red Bull branding remains prominent on the engine cover, contrasting with the vibrant yellow base.

Full Team Commitment to New Look

The livery change extends beyond the cars themselves. Drivers Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad will wear yellow race suits throughout the weekend, while mechanics and trackside staff have also been outfitted in matching yellow teamwear.

Racing Bulls CEO Peter Bayer explained the thinking behind the temporary transformation:

“Miami has become a special place for Visa Cash App Racing Bulls to express who we are as a team. For the past two years, we’ve used this race to showcase something bold and unique, and this latest livery is no exception.”

Bayer added: “The Red Bull Summer Edition livery brings a vibrant energy which reflects who we are as a team – creative and willing to push boundaries. We’re very excited to give wiiings to the new seasonal flavour and bring the distinctive design to track this weekend.”

Cadillac Also Updates Livery for Home Race

Racing Bulls isn’t the only team running special livery this weekend. Cadillac has modified its black and white design for its first home Grand Prix, adding the Star Spangled Banner across the rear flanks of the car — a subtle nod to the American team’s roots in the United States.

The Miami Grand Prix marks the latest in a series of special liveries Racing Bulls has run at the Florida street circuit. The team has made a tradition of using the event to showcase bold visual designs over the past two years.

Both teams will take to the track on Friday for the first practice session of the Miami Grand Prix weekend, with the special liveries making their competitive debuts under the Florida sun.
