The Cadillac Formula 1 team has unveiled plans for an extensive YouTube documentary series titled “Crews Control,” featuring Hollywood actor and team ambassador Terry Crews as the host across 18 episodes. The production, handled by Box to Box Films—the same company behind Netflix’s acclaimed “Drive to Survive” series—will provide viewers with unprecedented behind-the-scenes access to TWG Motorsports’ diverse racing operations spanning Formula 1, IndyCar, and NASCAR championships.
Set to premiere on YouTube May 5, the series promises to showcase the broader motorsport landscape through Crews’ unique perspective as he explores the cultural and human elements of racing. A teaser trailer for the ambitious project is already available for viewing, building anticipation for what TWG Motorsports describes as a comprehensive look at their multi-series racing portfolio ahead of Cadillac’s F1 debut in 2026.
“TWG Motorsports was built on a singular belief that motorsport has unmatched power in sport and culture, and its best stories are still waiting to be told,” explained TWG Motorsports CEO Dan Towriss. Crews, who officially joined as a Cadillac F1 team ambassador in preparation for their 2026 championship entry, expressed enthusiasm about introducing American audiences to motorsport’s broader appeal. “Motorsport is the biggest world most Americans have never stepped inside—and I’m about to change that,” Crews stated.
